  I had a wedding hair trial with Anna and I would not recommend her to anyone. It cost me $200.00 and my hair looked horrible, I cancelled her immediately and booked another hairdresser. She seemed very uninterested and just wanted to get my hair over and done with as she had an actual wedding to go too. She would have been better off not booking us both on the same day as this was meant to be special for me as well. I asked for a refund and she refused.My wedding was last March 2023 but was not able to do a post due to being ill. I will add photo's

  Hi ,Lisa! We appreciated for your review and sorry to hear you’re struggling with your health. Apologies - we don’t do refunds. The information about our cancelation policy is written on the website and you agree with it when you make your deposit through. We don’t do refund neither for completed booking nor for cancelled ones. You cancelled THE first booking and as you were a very valuable costumer coming from “Easy Weddings “ website, consider we don’t do refunds - we made a kind offer for you to rollover a deposit due to your last circumstances with the health ( you mentioned you’d had pain in your leg ). We offered you a choice of time to make an appointment: Monday-Thursday 7 am - 1 pm. To make sure our client receives enough time for a trail to work with all the requests and detail we allow + 40 minutes free - we don’t do trails on weekends. On weekends we do actual weddings. You have insisted to go ahead with the rescheduled trail ON WEEKENDS. You never paid a cancellation fees for the cancelled trail . You also didn’t follow the instructions for the hair preparation. You never sent the photo inspiration for your trail. You had your wedding trail booked 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. You never paid a deposit for your actual wedding. We never hold the place for you for your wedding date. • canceled her trail last minute. After asked to reschedule it for her convenience to open dates for her only on weekends again. We do wedding trails only from Monday-Thursdays. • Never paid a concelation fees. Refused to pay a deposit for the wedding makeup&hair asking to keep the dates open untill she has her trail done. • Never provided any photos inspiration for wedding hair trail. • Never followed a hair preparation instruction as we asked - therefore the stylist had to spend time for the appointment - 2 hours instead 1:15 minutes Never been asked to pay an extra fee . •Wanted the stylist to stay longer to do another trail without any payment. It is possible only on weekdays Monday - Thursdays. •Asked to refund the money back for her trail.
